JConcepts 2.2" tires which provide the ultimate in traction and
performance.
It has been said that the devil is in the details, and while that
is a debatable statement there is no denying that the Tense wheels
from JConcepts are as detailed as they come. Tense wheels are an
all-out glue-on competition inspired wheel from the ground up to
withstand heavy abuse and perform under even the most demanding
situations. The Tense wheel design begins with a scale appeal and
functionality that separates itself from the rest. Heavy duty
black nylon material and 12mm beefy hex design combine to form the
ultimate in scale and performance.
Topping off the appearance of the wheel are 2 optional open and
closed center caps, one with JC logo for authenticity and brand
loyalty. With 2 solid and 2 open center caps included, the driver
now has the option for complete show with a closed cap or
performance and function with the open cap. The center caps are
secured to the wheel with included 6 2.5x8mm button head screws. |

In the top picture you are seeing a RPM Revolver rim mounted on Jaco
foam. The rim is design for the Traxxas Nitro Rustler and will fit the
Jato. We use 3 compounds for mounting. Our softest is the Silver
compound it works the best on a wet clay or blue groove racetrack. It
is a exotic rubber tire, It has the most natural rubber of any tire.
Next is the Green compound it is more firm than a silver compound. It
works on a track that dries out or breaks up and gets a little dusty.
Last is the Pink compound it is a exotic rubber tire it is the firmest
in the compounds works best on the asphalt or carpet tracks, it will
also work on some high bite clay tracks as well and can be used on gas
drag racing trucks. All 3 compounds work well with a traction
compound. In the second picture The traxxas jato tire is a 2.8 inch
tire and our tire is a 2.375 inch tire finished with the radial
grooves in the Silver and Green compounds only. |
