The first
dedicated aftermarket, high-performance tire is here for the
Slash. Introducing the Switch tire, designed to take your
Slash to the next level of performance.
The Switch is a combination of off-road truck styling and
handling to give your Slash the sideways advantage it needs to
outmaneuver your competition. Aggressive big block lugs resist
wear and allow your Slash to work on a variety of surfaces.
Soft, yet long-lasting M2 compound allows you to throw your
Slash into a corner, nail the throttle out of the corner, and
do it all over again with confidence.
To resist unwanted sidewall flex, we've added beefy sidewall
ribbing and included oversized firm foam to fill the innards
of the tire to the max. This also helps the maintain tire
uniformity under extreme acceleration and in high-traction
situations. |

| NOTE:
The Epic wheel (#2704 & 2705) is made specifically for use
with Pro-Line Switch tires only! The mounting bead is
different for the Bead-Loc system, than the standard 2.2"
glued tires. Using other tires with this wheel will cause the
tire not to seat. |

Roof-Mounted Light Bar
Set looks just like the roof light sets of current Baja 1000
trucks. It incorporates six of our light canisters (the same
used in the front bumper light set of RPM #80982 & #80983).
Each of the six canisters is capable of holding a high
intensity, 3mm LED (not included) for the ultimate in
nighttime off-road racing experiences. What's best? These
light sets will fit all current 1/10th and most 1/8th scale
(although specifically designed for 1/10th scale) Short Course-style bodies!
That's right, they will fit the Traxxas
Slash, Associated SC10, Losi Strike & HPI Blitz to name just a
few. The goal of the Roof-Mounted Light Set was to recreate a
scale version of those light bars found in full-sized night
racing while striving for some reasonable amount of
crash-survivability. What they came up with is a light mount
set that uses a unique hinge-based system that in the event of
a roll-over, the light bar will collapse against the body to
help reduce impact damage. The light set is designed to bolt
to the front windshield of the truck (although with sufficient
room, it can be mounted to the rear window as well), keeping
the profile low and in the perfect position to light up the
night! A pair of large backing plates are supplied that help
protect the body where the screws hold the light bar in place.
We mold these light bar sets in black, chrome and blue to
match or contrast any paint or color scheme.
Each kit comes complete with all necessary mounting hardware,
light canisters, molded parts and instructions. The
instructions also show how to easily create your own LED light
set-up with a few basic electronics skills, some tools and a
little patience.
Suggestions: If you don't want to build a set of LED
lights yourself, please consider these options for drop-in
light sets for the RPM Roof-Mounted Light Bar Set.
RC-Lights makes a pair of drop-in kits specifically for our
Roof-Mounted Light Sets using the main battery pack for power.
A stand alone kit for the roof lights can be found here. If
you already have our front bumper light set and an RC-Lights
front bumper light set, an add on kit can be found here.
